Call for contributions (posters & oral presentations)

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 24 November, a Researchers' Forum will be held.
This will give participants the opportunity to present their work, whether basic or applied.
The forum will also facilitate networking between researchers and stakeholders across theentire value chain, from agriculture to industry.
In this context, we are opening a call for oral or poster presentations.
As there is no specific theme, all recent research topics are welcome !

General information

Researchers' forum

Oral contributors will be granted a 10-minute slot to present their topic during the Researchers’ Forum.
A special “Young Researcher Award” will be granted to the young researcher(PhD student or Postoctoral fellow) presenting the best poster!
The authors of the posters will have 3 minutes to present their work.

Conditions of participation

  • The call for oral or poster contributions is open to recent work (<2 years old) in the fieldof hemp research.
  • Contributions from all disciplines on topics related to industrial hemp are welcome.
  • Authors must register and attend in person.
  • All participants must be present on the afternoon of 24 November in the Researchers’forum.
  • Submission guidelines

    • If you would like to submit a poster or an oral contribution, please complete the online form before midnight on Friday 1 June 2026.
    • Proposals will be reviewed by the forum’s scientific committee and responses will begiven no later than Friday 17th July, 2026.
    • Posters must be printed in A0 portrait format (84.1 x 118.9 cm) at your expense. The proposed poster must be written in English and adhere to the standard publication requirements for scientific posters (title, introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results, conclusion, references (optional), acknowledgments / funding and keywords), as well as covering the thematic fields of the forum.
    • The oral contribution must be in English.
    • If an oral presentation is declined, the committee reserves the right to propose a poster presentation instead.
