We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we have aimed to put in place cancellation terms that are as fair as possible while still ensuring the event's viability.

• Up to and including Friday, November 13, 2026, any cancellation will result in a refund of the ticket price, excluding payment platform fees (€0.25) and card processing fees (1.5% to 4.25%), appliable on both payment and refund, which remain the responsibility of the participant.

• From November 14, 2026 onward, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

After this date, we will no longer be able to cancel certain services already committed to with our subcontractors. Significant, non-recoverable costs would then fall to us, which unfortunately means we can no longer accept cancellations.

However, participants do have the option to request that their ticket be transferred to another participant, at no additional cost, provided the organizer is informed in writing and given the necessary information about the new participant.
